The past couple of days we’ve been unfortunately inundated with fake orders- fortunately, the obviousness of this means we’ve not lost money, but it costs us time, to sort it out. It’s annoying, but it’s highlighted our security issues needed tightening, so some good has come out of it. Layers of security, captcha etc, are irritating in themselves to have to complete before you purchase, but they serve a purpose to stop this type of thing.
